I have been an educator for over 15 years and I know quality education when I see it! I chose to send my children to OLBS for many reasons. The urgency that the teachers and administrators put on early literacy in pre-k is unmatched! The phonics program, “Learning Without Tears”, prepared my children to be able to recognize letters and sounds to pave the way for independent reading. They were both reading before they entered Kindergarten. Every parent wants their child to grow up to be kind, respectful, and honest. The morals, values, and religious beliefs that are taught at OLBS are one of a kind. Because of this, many long lasting friendships are created within the walls of the school and church! OLBS holds student safety at a highest priority. The policies and procedures that have been established are followed with fidelity so that parents feel at ease when leaving their child in the care of the OLBS staff! My kids were excited about getting up every morning to go to school. The STEAM projects, hands on learning, and rigorous instruction kept my children engaged and eager to learn. I would send my child to OLBS over and over again!
